I can not see my video in HD

Hello,
I have a Free account with a single video 4.5Go.
When I look to my web page, I can see 720px H.264 but not H.264 1280px. It's very frustrating, the quality is poor. Anyone know why?

Your original upload appears to be only 1280×720 and 799 MB which is 720p. Can you try your 1080p upload again?

Hello,
I tried two methods. None worked.

1.
I downloaded the file 1280px H.264 (1280x720p) of JWPlayer. I deleted my original file I created a new video with the downloaded file.
When I look at the video on my website, I see the H.264 file 720px (720x406). Can not see the H.264 file 1280px (1280x720p). I have a very good internet connection.

2.
I deleted everything and upload a file 3.5Go 1920x180p. It's the same thing. Can not see the H.264 and H.264 1920px 1280px file. Only the H.264 file 720px (720x406) can be seen on my website.

Why I can not see my video in HD?

I just checked the preview page for your video and the 1080p 1920px wide video is appearing for me. Please see my screen shot at http://imgur.com/6jYBB7i

Are you seeing the same thing on your side?

My Windows 7 test machine has IE10 and I verified the HD button is showing up correctly. I will check in Chrome and try to get IE11 to check as well.

Yes, the video is working in Chrome in Windows 7. And you are still not seeing the HD button appear in Chrome?

Do you have Flash installed and running in your IE11?

Please, can you delete the image uploader on imgur.com site?
This video should remain private for now.
Thank you

Thank you for providing that link. I see that the HD button is not appearing because you are including an XML playlist URL that only contains a single MP4 source. I have two suggestions to make the HD button appear:

1) Use the JSON playlist instead of the XML URL you are currently using. The JSON URL template is:

http://content.jwplatform.com/feeds/[mediaID].json

2) Enable “Use HTML5 for HLS playback” for this player in your JW Player account dashboard
