Most likely will happen when 7.5 comes out later this month. I don’t have an exact date at this time.

In the meantime you can add a YouTube video thumbnail manually on the line ‘image’ by using a standard url and the same ID as the video.

Change YOUTUBEID accordingly.
I cannot find any practice use with all the parameters. Changes in height and width doesn’t change the output, so everything after “?” Can be cut off basically.
