Youtube embed - issues with full screen.

This seems to be a normal effect because it does it in your demo youtube embed as well (https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1406725-youtube-video-embed).

You can reproduce it by doing the following:

- play the video
- make it full screen via the "full screen" icon on jwplayer controls.
- once it's full screen, doubleclick the video to trigger the youtube full-screen mode.
- then escape out.

You'll see that you'll be stuck in the video. Only way to get back to the page is by reloading.

It appears that a fix for the open source youtube provider would be needed to correct this issue. I will escalate this. If anyone out there wants a crack at it here’s a link to the github.
