My Computer can not run JW player ( every browser)

I'm already looking for everything about this kind of problem on this board. But no effective solution for me.

When i try to run JW player on my comp. It always show

" Error loading media, File could not be played "

But same website it Works on my ipad or other devices. The problem just only happens with my PC

So guys, Please Help me out

Can you provide a link to the video you are trying to view? Can you copy and paste the report from http://supportdetails.com/ so we can see what kind of machine you have?
