Hello to all

I have very anoying problem i used this website long time:

And in the last two weeks i get this error massage:
Error loading media: File could not be played

i dont understand why so i foramt my computer and try understand but it not help

after i go now to this website i read all the aticles but i dont see it help me

I'm an only a viewer try to see movies in this website:

i'm in thailand
i used Win 10 and now Win 8.1

I have the last Chrome Version so it means i have thelast flash player
IThave IE 7 andIE edge it not work there also

I read all the articles for the viewr it seems i have the only thing that doesnt work for me is that two links:
i go to 404 page

I have understand something right now casue i try something new

i open a VPN server to try to see if maybe my IP address makeing it

And it work i try to connect server from USA and use the same broswer and it work

But it wierd still...a 2 weeks ago it work here from the same computer from the same intrnet server the same everything
Just it stop work suddanly and i bring one more laptop to the house and in the laptop it work

So it make it more wierd why in laptop diffrent it work withput use VAP it work with the same IP same internet server that for me in this computer it not work :( wierd as hell
