Don't receive verification email at my primary address

Trying to contact support ... but there's no option ...... I'm trying to register and tried two times, but have not received my verification email. It was sent to ......... @htscreative.com. I checked my junk and other like folders and it doesn't appear. I then registered using my alternative email address .......@gmail.com and this was successful. But now I'm not able to activate your plugin on WordPress ... WP knows me by my HTSCreative account.

Please help me register with my HTSCreative account.

Looks like you have had an account with us under your @htscreative.com address since December 2015. Try resetting your password for this account.

I will ask our engineers to add a message to the sign-up page to give a better notification when someone tries to sign up again with an address we already have in our system.
