black lines on android devices only

We are getting black lines on the video thumbnail on android devices only. Is there away to get rid of these black lines? Sometimes we see it on Apple devices but mostly on Android devices.

Is there a way to set the background to white so these bars don't happen?

We are using Jwplayer 7 Self hosted and API.

Hello Justine,

I see you’ve contacted us via the support@jwplayer.com email. I have sent you a reply there and will close this post. Essentially please make sure that all of your content is in the 16:9 aspect ratio and that the player carries a width: 100%, and an aspectratio: 16:9, . I believe this might resolve your issue.
