streaming video help with adult content

over the past 2 years have signed up for J.W. trail help , many many times , but as of yet have never gotten any ... Maybe I'm wrong but i thought J.W. was there to help , that's way i signed up for a trail , and I'm not going to pay for a service when i can't get any from the trail. All I needed was help with the stop & start of videos

Are you trying to use JW Player to embed videos on a web site or are you trying to view videos on someone else’s page where they are using our player?

How are you trying to stop and start the videos? Are you not seeing the player control bar?
