Hi, there.
The ad is playing fine for me in our Ad Tester using either Flash or HTML5. Are you setting the advertising client to “vast” or “googima”? Since your ad tag is an ad from DoubleClick, you would have to set the client to “googima” in order for it to work properly.
if it is still not working for you, please supply me a link to a reproduction page so I may take a look.
