Credit Card Won't Work
I am trying to update my credit card information but every time I submit it shows up as an error. Anyone run into a similar problem and how did you fix it?

We would need to know the e-mail address on your account in order to look this up. Please e-mail us at support@jwplayer.com and mention case #80485. It might also help if you gave us the last four digits of your card number so we can look through denied transaction to see if there’s an error message from the bank.
