Why is my service unavailable?

I signed up for a free account a few months back. Now it seems my service is suspended until I upgrade.
Has JW stopped providing their free service?

If so, do I need to pay $299 up front or is there a monthly fee? I only have a few short vids so I don't take up much space

Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the JW Player support team. We absolutely still offer Free service. I cannot check your account details at the moment as I do not have your credentials. Feel free to send that over to: support@jwplayer.com and we can investigate this further. Can you also confirm you have not exceeded your quota limit?

Thanks! I checked my account again and it says "My video streams have stopped for the month" I only have 1 video that streams off my website at jamiesea.com. Of course it is on auto start and auto loop. In my usage, it says I have 25 gigs of streaming and I'm at 25.30 gigs.

Would it be better to not have the auto play or auto loop to save on streaming?

Thanks!

Hello,

Yes it would. Especially if the users do not want to actually play the content. You would allow others who wish to see it the ability to play that content since there is an explicit play() being sent to the player.
