Error loading player: No playable sources found

Very new to this. Latest supported version of Joomla (3.5.1). Installed Free module successfully. Enabled the module, selected a position and menu assignment, Added a URL of an html5 video that I know works. Player shows up but get the above error. Have followed the troubleshooting trips of clearing cache restarting etc.

If I plug the URL in directly the video plays without a problem. I have ensured that the URL in the configuration area is correct. Not sure what else to do.

It looks like you are embedding a slideshow on the story_html5.html page. JW Player only supports media of some sort, like videos or audio.
