no audio on jwplayer

for over a year I've been having problems. no audio when I attempt to listen to website audio files using jwplayer. recently audio has disappeared from youtube videos. I've spent a lot of time today trying to figure it out. no success at all. apparently other users have experienced same problem. anyone having success with a diagnosis? very aggravating. Thanks.

If you’re having issue playing audio using our player, and also YouTube’s player, I would suspect the issue is related to your computer itself, whether it be hardware or software. I would recommend contacting your computer’s manufacturer for troubleshooting.
