Question for the bit rate

Please let questions about the behavior of JWPlayer.

Below , when performing live distribution in the delivery method ,
the difference initial bit rate setting and the bit rate of the playback side had occurred .

Delivery method
WireCast⇒WowzaOrigin⇒ delivery server ⇒JWPlayer

· WireCast⇒WowzaOrigin about 8Mbps
And distribution server ⇒JW player about 5Mbps
※ WireCast settings , 8Mbps

Or in this case , it will be considered is what is the cause of the bit rate decrease ?
Are there any measures ?
※ player is JWPlayer5 and 6 .

Hello,

This is hard to decipher but I believe there can be a number of things affecting your delivery including or potentially bandwidth, latency, network delivery, etc.

Potentially the use of jwplayer().getCurrentQuality() might work for you. Please not that JW5 is no longer a supported release of the player.
