I have a new account in JWPlayer, and I want to know the steps I need to make to enable the ads in the admin console. I have already filled the contact form, many times, but I got no responses.
We have am air TV Channel here in Paraguay, and we need to implement IMA Google ads in our videos.

Thanks, we are testing the platform and we need to enable IMA Google ads. We already have some sites reaching 1M visits/day.

We've already purchased ads capabilities, but that was before the version upgrade.
Do we need to purchase again?
I’m not seeing an ads enabled account with the e-mail address you are using with this forum. If you have an ads account you should be able to contact support directly from your JW Dashboard. Are you using another e-mail address to log in?
