Local Storage variables

Hi,

I have been testing the new player and I found a couple of issues.
1. If you mute the player and refresh, the setting is not applied. The local storage gets updated, but to no effect. You can test this on your stream-tester page -> http://demo.jwplayer.com/stream-tester/
2. For small iframes, the spinner appears on top of 'click to play' button from Chrome. You had this issue a while ago, but it got fixed. Maybe it regressed somehow.

1) We are aware of the issue and it will be address in an upcoming release.

2) I am not familiar with this issue. Can you provide a link to a page where we can reproduce this?
