Upgrade account to ADS license

Hi,
I considering to upgrade my premium free account to ADS license. I need a good tools to play my advertising code on video player. I really want to know, how license look like, cost this feature and how can I do this from my account? Everywhere i can see only "Contact us", so I leave my mesage here. Please let me know.
