I have had problems opening a video using the jw player and it says it could load the file. I have had this since a few days, before it worked fine.
Do you have any suggestions on what I could do?
Sounds like the web developer of that page was linking to a video that no longer exists. They would need to update the player embed code on their server.
We are seeing this same error, but only problem browser so far is firefox (45.0.2 mac) on pages with several video embeds on the same page. Used to work and still works in other browsers. Not sure what is up, so I've opened a support ticket.
I'm wondering about these new rendering (Always try to play flash) and Preload options in the player configurator in the new player dashboard and what they might mean in regards to cross browser support?
Can you post a link to a page where we can reproduce this issue?
