Uploading Issues
Hello!
I've been having repeated issues with uploading files of a larger size into the JW Player - around 1gb or so for each. Often the upload will hang and then appear to just stop/disappear all together before it has finished. I find it hard to believe it would be something to do with the settings as certain videos upload just fine. To resolve this at the moment I'm having to trial and error and hope it just goes through.
Anyone have any ideas?
