When I downloaded the jwplayer, it does not have the jwplayer.html5.js

Is it supposed to?

JW7 is 100% HTML5, so this file name has changed in JW7. You are probably referring to the JW6 jwplayer.html5.js, which can be found in the JW6 self-hosted player download in your account dashboard.
