Thumbnail appear on my player



Good Morning!

I'm using the JW Player on my website on a subdomain, lodge all the content on my site, just put the URL in the JW Player website and do Embed.

Add the Thumbnail on the player and soon after she disappears from nowhere. I know how to solve this problem?

I’m not quite sure I fully understand your question. Are you saying that the image that appears in the player before someone plays it is disappearing on its own? If so, please provide me a link to a reproduction page that does not contain adult content.
