Error loading media: File could not be played

Hi all,
when I play my video on chrome or other browser works well, but when I play it on my IOS webapp I receive this error:
"Error loading media: File could not be played"

I use this script to render my video:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://content.jwplatform.com/players/8ONbTQLu-HnPpMNUp.js"></script>

Two weeks ago my videos works on ipad/IOS devices. How it is possible?

Please answer me as soon as possible.

Your video is working for me on my iPhone directly in Safari. How are you loading our player in your web app?

Yes It worked directly on safari IOS browser but not in IOS webapp. Is there a particular configuration for mobile? A bug on new version 7.0?

How is your webapp loading the Javascript single-line embed? Can you send me a link so I can try to reproduce this on my iPhone?
