Hard to say. Web site developers that put our player on their pages have a few options like using skippable ads or scheduling ads so they do not appear before each video.
As a viewer or end user, it helps to remember that the ads you are watching are providing revenue for the web site so they do not have to charge you money to view their content, just like broadcast TV does.
