JW player for Windows 10

Does JW support a player SDK that can be integrated into a Windows 10 native app and support Google DFP ads? We're working with a publisher that requires DFP support, which JW player has, however, the project is a Windows 10 project and prefer to use a player that can support DFP and be run on Windows 10. The JW AZURE support seems to be a Flash player embedded in a webpage and this will not work for our Windows 10 project.

If there's any guidance or plans that could be shared that would help us tremendously.
