not getting verification email to sign up
I'm at step one - signing up for Free JW player. I get a confirmation:

A verification email has been sent to da-wilsons@cox.net.
Follow the link in your email to finish creating your JW Player account and begin publishing your videos to the world!
But... I'm not getting the verification email. Yes, I waited quite a while. Yes, I checked my spam folders. Yes, I tried a second email address.
Any thoughts?
