25 GB Cap Hit, Not Sure How

Hi,

We recently set up JW Player, and we've had 17 plays month-to-date, but the dashboard says we've hit our 25 GB streaming cap. These are not large videos, these are short 2-5 minute videos. Is there someone that can walk me through our usage so I can understand how we've hit our cap with so few views?
