Player Fails

Greetings,

I have a test page set up here: http://www.scdot.org/inside/commission_video2.aspx . It works internally on our network, but appears to fail outside our network, although it does occasionally work.

When the player fails, Firefox reports Jwplayer is undefined. The stream is there, I can view it via the jwplayer web site. The address for the stream is: http://206.74.144.36:1935/live/commissionExternal/playlist.m3u8

Can you take a look and make suggestions?

This is Randy from the support team. I seem to have difficulty loading in your jwplayer.js file as it either times out or takes an extensive amount of time to respond. This could be an internal serving issue and might explain why you are receiving undefined errors as the embed is looking for the library. You might try our cloud hosted player to see if that nets you better results. Also please feel free to send us an email with this content.
