Video Will Not Play

Two days ago, the video feeds from a site I was visiting to watch a live streaming eagle nest went dark. The error message states: Error setting up player: Invalid license key They are powered by JW but I can't find that message on your site and since the streamer is a volunteer organization, it is difficult to get IT support there. I am running Vista on the PC in question and using the most up to date browsers from IE, Chrome and Mozilla. None work. Any ideas would be appreciated. Make sure your date/time is correct on your computer, and that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed and see if that helps.
