We developed video platform, using jwplayer, it is working fine for the android deivces and for the web platform, but when we tried playing video in Iphone, the video is getting played in default iphone player rather than the jwplayer, because of this we are not able to display the skip ad functionality, as well as the various HD format

We ran into this problem a few weeks ago. Iphones don't have functionality for skip ads due to the skip button breaking the fullscreen capability of the iphone (which it automatically goes fullscreen). We had to create a work around ad that served specifically to iOS 8 without the skip ad functionality. It sucks and would have been great to know prior to signing on with JW player especially since it cost us a lot of ad impressions.

When video is played on the web on an iPhone, it is forced to use the native iOS media player in fullscreen. And when video is played fullscreen on iOS, there is no clickable functionality allowed. This is described in the “Mobile Devices” section of our Ad Formats Reference.
