Live Cam from Spruce Meadows who uses JWPlayer to stream

The stream from Spruce started out okay but totally failed by yesterday afternoon around 3:45 Pm MST. Now, at best it is jumpy...stops...WHY? There is a competition on NOW that I want to watch. Is the problem coming from JWPlayer implementation on Spruce site OR is there something I can do NOW to make it stream properly from my computer? I can use Windows Edge, Windows Internet (latest version) or Google to watch this. My operating system is Windows Edge 10. PLEASE, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME NOW?

Looks like http://www.sprucemeadows.com/ is using an old version of our player and they are using an RTMP stream for the live cam. Unfortunately there is nothing you or I can do to improve the quality of the stream. The web site developers will most likely need to work with their streaming provider to make sure the stream is playing well.
