error setting up player: invalid license key

I keep getting this message "error setting up player: invalid license key" whenever I try to stream video online. I have upgraded my browser and adobe flash player to the latest version. I have done everything possible to solve the problem all to no avail. Please help me resolve the problem

Can you please provide a sample of your stream and also confirm your embed is using the correct version player?
