Video blurred and skipping

I've already submitted a ticket and got no reply so I'll try here.

On my MAC computers, the video seems to show up "OK"... it's still not as clear as the original mp4 I uploaded to JW. On PC's including older models, the video is very blurry and skips.

I've created a player for the content I uploaded, an mp4 file which looks clean and crisp, it is sized precisely as the original mp4 1000 by 453. I;ve copied the embed code that the JW website generated and placed it onto a, html page. I'm trying to figure out why the video quality is so poor.

You can see the video here:

The "Ticker" across the bottom is made of a font that uses dots...this doesn't show on the final video as you can see. The overall quality of the video is 50% of what it should be as compared to the mp4 I uploaded.

I would like to add that while it looks ok on devices, the issue is on desktop. I've also tried creating a responsive player and embedding that on an HTML page leaves me with a much smaller player that does not expand to the full screen width. When trying, it makes the video also very blurry, similar to enlarging a jpg.

I just need some instruction on the best way to get the clearest possible results like JW's own rabbit video.

Does it matter if I have a free or paid membership? Does that determine the quality of how a video plays?

I have tried your stream in various IE/Win combinations and see no difference in quality. The text shows as it does on the Mac as well as the stream. Do you have the actual MP4 linked somewhere so that we can compare the difference?

Yes it does show the same... blurry (referring to the lower "dot" font)

You can see the originally uploaded mp4 file
