Stop using JW player

I want to stop using JW player because we don't use it anymore. How can I stop the automatic paying by creditcard?

You should see a Cancel Subscription link on the Account > Billing page in your account dashboard, but I have manually removed the auto-renewal on your subscription. Your account will remain active until March 14 and your credit card will not be charged again.

May I inquire why you canceled your subscription? We always want to improve our product, so we appreciate any feedback or comments you may have.
