Can I still get email support if a license was purchased in 2011?


Hi there,

I'm hoping Ethan is able to get in touch with me, I have a license number for a single website use for JW Player and needed some help. I have the details which I can disclose to you via email etc. So if I can get direct email support can you please let me know?

Ethan no longer works here. If you purchased a license in 2011, that would have been for JW5.

We released JW7 last summer and no longer support JW5. We now have a free version of JW7 that has many improvements over JW5 and the free version no longer has a watermark. My suggestion would be to upgrade the player on your page to JW7 in order to receive technical support from our team.

Thanks for the reply Todd! I have tested JW7 and I get a message that says 'Error #2035' when I want to play a YouTube clip within Shadowbox. Is there a way I can send you the example link privately?

Thanks for the reply Todd! I've tested JW7 and keep getting a 'Error #2035' message on FF when I'm using Shadowbox (Lightbox pop) but it works fine in Chrome and IE. Is there a way I can send you the link privately?
