Why does your site stay open in my task bar. i click close and it will not. ads keep popping up many times by themself. I dont know who or where you guy came from. i do not have a signin account with you so why does your ads and site not want to close. it is annoying to be busy , working and typing up important item and have an ad/ your cite to pop up stant speaking etc... and it takes me a few minutes to get it to stop and clear of screen and literaly 2-3 minute later it does it all over again. So how are you going to help me stop these random annoying pop-up ads from appearing, and how to close and take off my task bar?

JW Player is a Javascript video player that gets added to web sites by the web site developers. We have not created a task bar and do not create our own ads.

It sounds like someone has used our player in their own task bar of some kind. My suggestion would be to try a different browser to see if the same behavior occurs. My other suggestion would be to remove any task bars or browser plugins or extensions that you do not recognize.
