iOS detecting video & vast video is fully loaded

I want to play video and vast ad before it.
I want to be able to know if the video and the vast video is fully loaded before i start playing.
Is "onReady" callback meaning that the video and vast ad is fully loaded? if not, how can i know when it's fully loaded?
