Every time I go to "Video on Demand" and click on any link I get this "Error Connecting to Service"? I cannot view or download any video. Please help. Thanking you in advance. John

Where are you seeing this “Video on Demand” button? My guess is that you are viewing a web site that is using our player because “Error Connecting to Service” does not sound like an error from our web site.
Maybe it's the low connection. Try connecting several times followed by clicking the button "In view" to work. That's how I can and just choose the channel. From there it only takes a little load each stream at the beginning of each video. Help also download the image quality, it is more interested in the audio, such as the channel of music.
Can you provide a link to a page where you are seeing this? If this site is using our player, then they will most likely need to make changes directly in the page source to resolve these issues. Can you ask them to contact us directly?

Where are you seeing this error? It is not an error message from our player, so my guess is that the web site has added their own custom error message. This is not something we will be able to troubleshoot without involving the developers of this web site, so please ask them to contact us directly.
