Wowza video stream to different browsers

I've been trying to figure out how to stream an mp4 from Wowza to Chrome and Firefox. Without Flash installed. Safari not surprisingly works fine an long as I use an m3u8 stream. Nothing seems to work with the other two browsers.

Right now, Flash is required for HLS support on browsers that can’t natively support HLS.
