The video could not be loaded

Hi,
When I play videos less than 30mb it works fine but for bigger videos it shows below error:

The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported: http://localhost:52490/globalassets/20151004_211819.mp4

Please help me regarding this

How are your MP4s being created?
Are you encoding the MP4 with the “web optimized” or “fast start” option? (Different encoders call it different things…)
Can you load the MP4 URL directly in your browser?
