How to fix JW7 VisualPlaylist

Hello, now i'm in testing with JW7 and have found that there is no fixed playlist (i migrated from JW6)

So, my question: How to fix playlist to be always shown when it's non fullscreen mode?

Or playlist shown when first page loads and in pause modes?
