Can't add captions, toggle HD with Embed code js file.

Dear sir,

i am uploading HD video in jwplayer after generate java-script embed code. this java script putting in my html. then i cant see HD toggle in my player. jwpayer content list i click this video then i see different type of source but cant use it. please help me i am waiting your support.
