lets say i want to put ads(monetize) my videos, BUT with embedded videos .. is that possible? hope so. tho i've read somewhere else that i can only monetize videos that is uploaded on my jw account.

If I am understanding your question correctly, you simply need a JW Player approved Ads account and you can place your content (externally/internally) within the player via the Dashboard or custom setup block. The video can reside on another site that shouldn’t be a problem.
