My account has been migrated from the pay-as-you-go account to the "Free" account. I signed in this morning and was checking out the new dashboard and noticed an issue. When viewing any of the players in my account I get the following error "Error loading skin: Skin not a valid file type" in the preview window. But, the embbed videos appear to be playing back okay from within the website(s) I have placed them on.
Is this an issue I need to worry about?
If your player is using JW6 Free, you are not able to use any other skin that the default, so I would expect to see that error if you are trying to define a different skin. Try the same setup with a JW7 Free player, as JW7 Free does not have this same limitation. Perhaps the embedded videos already on your site are using a different player.
