File could not be played using JW on Google Nexus 9

I am not very tech savvy so I cannot really understand the answers to my question on Error loading media: File could not be played. I need step by step instructions on how to do this on my Google Nexus 9. I have cleared browsing history, including cache etc. But it still did not work
