Why on my dashboard jwplayer self hosted is not updated anymore?


I'm with version 7.2.4 because I cannot see any update on my dashboard. I read that an update is out but there is no link to download on my dashboard. I can see only the zipped package (self-hosted) of version 7.2.4 and 6.12.

Yours server doesn't update the cache? So I can see only the old version?

Did you log out and log back in or otherwise refresh the page? That link should have changed yesterday when 7.3.4 was pushed to production.

Thanks Todd, I always try to logout and then try to login again. Never worked up to today. Happy to hear that version 7.3.4 is now in production channel.

I suspect that your cacheing support causes this issue on your dashboard.
