I am facing an issue of autoplaying related videos as mentioned in this article https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1409745-display-related-videos.I used it and i am able to display the related videos and able to play them when i click.But the problem is that eventhough my autoplaytimer is loading perfectly,it's not playing the next video automatically.Please reply ASAP.I am getting videos from a json file.

Sorry,But unfortunately i can't due to security issues.But i can assure you that I went through the whole article and implemented in the same way as well,autoplay is the only issue i am facing.Is there any way you can tell me what could be the problem?
