JW Player Related Videos Not Found

Hey folks,

We've been having issues with our player where it displays the related videos but when you actually go to click the video it says file not found. Is there a setting I'm missing or something that I can do to fix this?

Hey Adam,

I wouldn’t suggest using YouTube videos as external media files, if you want to run advertisements before the videos. The advertising plugin is not tested with YouTube external URLs, because running your own ads in front of YouTube embeds is against their Terms of Service. Does it work if you are using self-hosted or cloud-hosted videos?
