JSON Playlist Error - Not a valid RSS Feed

I'm trying to set up a JSON playlist, and followed the example given at https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1406722-external-playlists-and-feeds and am getting a strange error, "Not a valid RSS feed". Everything seems to be the same from the example other than the files, and it's not working.

According to this support article you need 7.3 for that functionality.
