Videos not working on Mac - Safari and iPhone

Hi I have a website in Joomla and I am using HWDMediaShare extension for managing videos on my site. I am using JW Player with HWDMediaShare to play the videos.. now, the videos are working fine across all browsers on Windows (desktop/laptop), its also playing across Chrome/Firefox on Mac. But I am finding it difficult to get it working on Mac - Safari and iPhone. On clicking video to play on Mac - Safari its showing "Error Loading Media - File Could not be played", I am using JW Player 6.12.x. Please advise.
