Welcome to our support forum.

If you hit your hosting limit, we would prevent additional content from being uploaded to your dashboard. If you hit your streaming limit, your cloud-hosted player would stop streaming and show an error message.

When you need support, go to your JW Dashboard and click on the support link. It will provide you links to our forum and support documentation. If you decide to upgrade to Premium, an “e-mail support” link would show up so you could e-mail us directly.
